　　Vice Chairman FANG Xinghai, Secretary WENG Zuliang, Vice President ZHENG Wenrong, Chairman JIANG Yan, ladies and gentlemen:
　　On behalf of the International Rubber Study Group (IRSG), it is an honor to be here, celebrating the launching of TSR 20 futures, China’s first open-up commodities futures contract in the rubber industry.
　　Natural rubber was first introduced into China for planting in 1904, this opened the history of rubber cultivation in China. Nowadays, China has become the world's largest consumer and importer of natural rubber. According to the IRSG statistics the annual consumption in China has ranked first in the world for more than a decade, which accounts for more than one third of the world's total natural rubber resources. Therefore, China occupies a pivotal position in the global natural rubber market.
　　Meanwhile, China maintains a stable and good relation with the global natural rubber industry, and initiates closer ties with natural rubber producing and consuming countries to promote a sustainable development in the global natural rubber industry.
　　I have the confidence that, Shanghai International Energy Exchange will serve as the price-benchmark for the Chinese market and potentially for the global region at large. Most importantly, it will provide a risk management tool in natural rubber industry.
　　Please allow me to congratulate INE on the successful launching of TSR 20 futures today, and its sound operation in the future.
