Circular on the Opening of Trading and Market Data API 2.0 Access for the Production System

To whom it may concern:

To better serve the market and support business development, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) plans to open the Trading and Market Data API 2.0 access for the production system from November 24, 2025 (i.e. from the continuous trading session on the night of November 21). Access service for API 1.0 will be discontinued after market close on April 3, 2026. During the transitional period, both API 1.0 and API 2.0 will remain accessible to the production system.

Please contact your software suppliers promptly and carry out the upgrade and access work in a well-planned manner.
