Circular on Adjusting the Rate of Delivery Invoice Deposit

Starting from October 15, 2020, the rate of delivery deposit will be changed from 20% of the payment for delivery to 15%. Shanghai International Energy Exchange will return the deposit after a member submits the VAT invoice.
